Community Serice Award

Our Committee recognizes someone who gave outstanding effort to the Sloan Auto Fair.  A candidate is picked and discussed with the committee for approval or disapproval based on commitment, support sacrifice for the Sloan Auto Fair.

The 2008 honoree was Bob Sovis.  This is the man who had the vision 37 years ago for a car show that eventually became the Sloan Auto Fair. We are all grateful for that vision.

The 2007 honoree was Jim Miller, retired from the Flint Journal.  He had written articles and attended our show, supporting us, above and beyond the call of duty for over 16 years.
