Whether past, current or future, thank you for considering being a volunteer at the 36th Sloan Auto Fair. The success of this event would not be possible if it wasn't for the time and effort put forth by hundreds of volunteers like yourself.

This years Sloan Auto Fair will take place Saturday and Sunday, June 27th and June 28th. Areas where the most volunteers are needed are at the admission gates handling the foot traffic and around the grounds directing the vehicle traffic. If the weekend does not work for you, we do need volunteers the Thursday and Friday, June 25th and June 26th, to help set up the grounds with fence and signs.

As in the past volunteer hours run from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Hours are as flexible as the volunteer, sign up for 2 hours, split hours, all day, one day or both days. This year we are even accommodating groups who want to promote their own organization by working a gate as a group, and it only takes 3 members to represent your organization.

Each volunteer will receive a goodie bag, name badge, official Sloan Auto Fair Volunteer Dash Plaque and Baseball cap which will be the volunteer identificaiton and free admission through any gate.
